What is your primary design discipline?
I am a level designer at heart, I often work on a project’s map elements to integrate it as best as possible with the gameplay elements.
What is my current level of experience?
I’d consider myself to have a solid foundation in level design (and game design as a whole) principles.
I can competently create a level from concept to final iteration to specification, using a wide variety of methods to steer my design in the right direction.
If you were to ask me to create a level for a project you work on or have worked on I believe I could deliver a creative and unique result that would fit within the design language of that project.
What platforms do you work with?
I work with Unreal engine 5 first and foremost as i’ve got the most direct experience with it.
However I pride myself in my ability to adapt and effectively use new tools swiftly, leading to experience in a wide variety of engines such as Unity, Roblox studio and even lesser known engines like Byond.
I’ve also worked with custom engines for some of my projects and have adapted to their unique toolsets and workflows with proficiency.
